Abstract
SUMMARY: To assess quickly the wide range of potential treatments for pruning wounds phytotoxicity and fungitoxicity tests were devised. The phytotoxicity test was based on the growth of poplar callus and the fungitoxicity test on the inhibition of fungal growth on wood strips. Results of field tests were in broad agreement with the laboratory phytotoxicity tests. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
