Abstract
7,8-Dimethyl-10-(8-aminooctyl)isoalloxazine was synthesized by coupling N-(8-aminooctyl)-4,5-dimethyl-1,2-benzenediamine with alloxan. The flavin was immobilized to epoxy activated gel to use for affinity chromatography. The gel was effective for purification of riboflavinbinding protein from egg white and flavokinase from rat liver. Keywords
