Abstract
High fucosyl transferase activity was recorded in human seminal plasma whether spermatozoa were present or not. The activity exceeded that of sialyl transferase by a factor of 111. The corresponding factor for blood serum incubated under identical conditions was 0.60-0.90. [The activities of both sialyl and fucosyl transferase in the seminal plasma of 10 men investigated for infertility were compared with 20 men with azoospermia subsequent to vasectomy].This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
