Abstract
The pneumoencephalograms of 8 patients with Huntington''s chorea are reviewed. The radiographic appearance varies from normal to that showing characteristic caudate nucleus and putamen atrophy. There was no clinical correlation between the severity or duration of the illness with the radiographic appearance. The presence of a normal pneumoencephalogram does not rule out a diagnosis of Huntington''s chorea. Keywords
