Abstract
In a family with Pick's disease that showed an autosomal mode of inheritance over six generations, diagnosis was proven by autopsy in 14 patients. The computed tomographic (CT) characteristics of the disease in affected persons and persons at risk are reported. The value of CT as a diagnostic procedure is discussed. Keywords
