Abstract
The most direct experimental information that we have about the quark weak mixing matrix is the moduli of its matrix elements. I build a simple parametrization of a 4×4 rephasing-invariant unitary matrix in which all the parameters are moduli. This parametrization is the most adequate one from the experimentalist's viewpoint. Keywords
