Abstract
Peritoneal exudate cells from mice after i.p. injection of 10 mg of BCG demonstrated cytolytic activity in vitro against the syngeneic [mouse] bladder tumor cell line MBT-2. The cytolytic effector cells are nonadherent, nonphagocytic and trypsin resistant. These cells are cyclophosphamide- and hydrocortisone-sensitive. A NK[natural killer]-like cell probably constitutes the major, if not all, the population of effector cells in this reaction. This publication has 31 references indexed in Scilit:
