Necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of Kharitonov-like theorems

Abstract

Kharitonov has shown that a family of interval polynomials is Hurwitz if and only if the vertex polynomials are Hurwitz. A necessary and sufficient condition to check the existence of Kharitonov-like theorems for other regions of interest in the complex plane is presented.
