Abstract
Toxicity studies in livestock were carried out using a compound known chemically as O-2,4-dichlorophenyl O,O-diethyl phosphorothioate (V-C 13 Nemacide). The maximal safe and minimal toxic dermal dosages as determined for the livestock used in these studies appeared to the as follows: These dosages were determined for animals in good health and body condition. Death and signs of toxicosis were produced in emaciated goats and sheep dipped in 0.25% and 0.5% concentration, respectively. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
