Abstract
Three new and four known coumarins were isolated from a Chinese drug “Zi-Hua Quian-Hu” (Shikazenko in Japanese), the root of Peucedanum decursivum MAXIM. (Umbelliferae). The new compounds were proved to be 3′(S)-senecioyloxy-4′(R)-hydroxy-3′,4′-dihydroxanthyletin, 3′ (S)-hydroxy-4′ (R)-senecioyloxy-3′,4′-dihydroxanthyletin and 3′(S)-angeloyloxy-4′(R)-acetoxy-3′,4′-dihydroxanthyletin. The known coumarins were identified to be decursidin, bergapten, nodakenetin and nodakenin, respectively. Keywords
