Abstract
Extract Inoculation of susceptible laboratory animals with a suspension of kidney tissue is a widely used method of diagnosing leptospirosis in livestock and of isolating leptospiral serotypes. A recent experience has indicated a potential cause of failure which may not be generally realized in laboratories using this technique. Keywords
