Abstract
decay has been measured and a new level scheme established with excited levels at 114, 230, 384, 421, 498, and 690 keV having spins and parities of , , , , and , respectively. From experimental relative values in electron capture decay and from ratios measured in and decay, lower and upper limits for the and decay energies have been determined to be keV and keV. The upper limits on these decay energies were smaller than the extrapolated masses indicated. The decay energy is in accordance with recent reaction data.
