Applicability of a Differential Analyzer to Determination of Protein Fractions by the Electrophoretic Technic

Abstract
An analogue computer can be used in place of a planimeter in evaluating the area under a curve. Comparison of replicated measurements by both methods shows that differential analyzer results are more consistent and save a great deal of time when comparatively large numbers of measurements are to be made.
