Abstract
Adaptations of the original gradient gel diffusion method (Augustin and Hayward, 1955) are given for the assay of antibodies and quantities of antigens of < 1 [mu]g/ml. Two semi-quantitative gel plate methods are described for assaying antigens and antibodies. Methods are given for staining and preserving antigen-antibody gel diffusion patterns. Keywords
