Abstract
We report a case of pleural thickening and hemothorax in a 56-year-old male with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The association of this entity with CLL has not been previously reported. Awareness of this occurrence is essential to appropriate therapy for similar patients with CLL.Keywords
