Abstract
A schedule of injections for producing high titered cytophilic antibody to tuberculin PPD [purified protein derivative] is reported. Peritoneal exudate cells from normal guinea pigs treated in vitro with sera containing cytophilic antibody to either PPD or [beta]-lacto-globulin are inhibited in their migration from capillary tubes in the presence of specific antigen. Inhibition of migration of such cells is a secondary phenomenon and may well occur as a consequence of quite distinct sensitization processes. Keywords
