Abstract
By employing a stepwise fractionation with ammonium sulfate, 4 fractions were obtained from streptomycin-pretreated cell free extracts of live hemolytic streptococci, Su strain. Among them, the 60-F fraction obtained by 0.6 ammonium sulfate saturation had the most potent anticancer activity in mouse Ehrlich carcinoma. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
