Abstract
Chicken red cell nuclei treated with formalin appear to be specific and easy to handle nuclear antigens for antinuclear factor determination. They can be kept without cooling or freezing for at least 6 months, and probably considerably longer.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
