Abstract
The circular polarization of the 279-keV ray in and the 401-keV ray in has been measured using a Compton polarimeter and a current-measuring technique. The result for is . For evidence for a nonzero circular polarization, , is found. The role of the electron-capture bremsstrahlung in the case of is discussed.
