Abstract
Octapeptin was proposed as a class name, with appropriate suffixes to designate the individual antibiotics. Each of the peptide variants is designated by a different capital letter in order of discovery. The fatty acid residues are differentiated, when necessary, by subscript numbers following the letter. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
