Abstract
The development of ureteroscopy has led to a dramatic change in the management of ureteral stones as well as other ureteral pathological conditions in adults. Until recently, size limitations have prevented the technique from being used in small children. We have used ureteroscopy for diagnosis and therapy in 4 children less than 10 years old. There was no significant morbidity from the procedure in our patients. Keywords
