Abstract
We consider the problem of the inclined incidence of a plane wave on the halfspace of a randomly inhomogeneous layered medium without absorption. The probability distribution of the reflection coefficient phase with respect to the incidence angle is calculated. With the help of this distribution we analyse the quantities connected with localisation effects—the length localization and moments of the intensity inside the medium. Keywords
