Abstract
L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (L-5HTP) alone did not inhibit tremorine- or oxotremorine-induced tremor in rats and mice but increased the tremor inhibitory effect of anticholinergic agents. Previous treatment with p-chlorophenylalanine, an inhibitor of 5-hydroxytryptamine synthesis, decreased the anti-tremor effect of atropine and scopolamine. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
