Abstract
Girls with sexual precocity (n = 24) who were treated with cyproterone acetate were followed for periods from 1-8 1/2 yr after the discontinuation of therapy. Their further pubertal development and the resumption or appearance of menstruation followed a natural course within the wide limits of physiological variability. Puberty apparently resumes its natural course following cessation of treatment with cyproterone acetate; the reproductive ability of these patients apparently will not be affected. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
