Abstract
The infrared absorption spectra of the molecules , cis , trans , H, are studied in the region between 2 and 25μ. The difference of the spectra of the two symmetric isomers is shown. An attempt is made to analyze the absorption bands observed together with the Raman spectra into the fundamental vibrations of these molecules.
