Abstract
Publication of this article was endorsed unanimously and enthusiastically by our panel of reviewers. The patient with chronic “sniffles” is a common problem in clinical practice, but physicians have the tendency to dismiss the complaint as unimportant It is anything but unimportant to the patient however. Dr Busse's article provides a framework for evaluating such a patient as well as many helpful hints on treatment. Keywords
