Abstract
A case of osteosarcoma of osteoblastic type with inguinal calcified lymphadenopathy is described. The primary lesion of the distal left femur was treated with limb-sparing surgery. Chemotherapy was given before and after the surgical procedure. Metachronous calcified lymph node metastases were seen on plain radiography, computed tomography and bone radionuclide scan. The patient is alive and free of disease more than 40 months after lymphadenectomy and radiotherapy of regional node metastases. Keywords
