Abstract
The behaviour of night-flying insects under the influence of a cold front convergence has been simulated. The model generated an aggregation ahead of the discontinuity on relatively cold nights. On warm nights the aggregation formed in much the same position if the 'insects' oriented downwind, but formed behind the discontinuity if there was no preferred orientation. Keywords
