On the determination of desorption temperatures in field desorption mass spectrometry

Abstract
The field desorption temperatures of some compounds are determined by indirect heating of the emitters. The temperatures thus obtained are lower, compared with those determined by other authors. The reasons for this deviation are discussed.Keywords
