Abstract
Genetic polymorphism of the A subunit of human coagulation factor XIII in a Japanese population was studied using the agarose gel isoelectric focusing followed by immunofixation. From the family study it was confirmed that factor XIII-A locus was on an autosomal chromosome. Allele frequencies of F-XIIIA1 and F-XIIIA2 were 0.900 and 0.100, respectively. Keywords
