Abstract
We describe our experience using the Provox voice prosthesis in patients undergoing free jejunal loop transfer following total pharyngo‐laryngectomy. From our series and the few reports in the literature, the use of a voice prosthesis appears to be an effective method of speech rehabilitation in this group of patients. Keywords
