Abstract
A theoretical model based on the filamentary double injection in solids is presented, and expressions for the intensity of electroluminescence in molecular crystals as a function of applied electric field, current density, and temperature are derived. The computed results are in good agreement with presently available experimental results for undoped and doped anthracene crystals. Keywords
