Survey Form and Techniques for Fluoroscopic Installations With Undertable Tubes

Abstract
A new form has been developed for surveys of medical fluoroscopic units with undertable X-ray tubes. This survey form is an improvement over other existing forms in both its content and organization. The surveyor will find it to be logical, orderly, flexible, and comprehensive, thus facilitating performance of fluoroscopic surveys. The rationale for the necessity of a new survey form is given, as is detailed guidance for use of the form.
