Abstract
Heterogeneous reactions have been shown to contribute to the formation of propionaldehyde, acetone, and allylol in the pyrolysis of propylene oxide. Methyl vinyl ether, however, is formed entirely homogeneously and may be an intermediate in the oxygen atom – propylene system.Keywords
