Abstract
Two previously unreported examples of rare mesenchymal tumors—infantile digital fibromatosis and aponeurotic fibroma—have been presented. These lesions are examples from the family of pseudosarcomas—tumors suspected pathologically of being sarcomas, but totally benign or at most only locally aggressive in their biologic behavior. Conservatism is recommended in the surgical removal of these lesions.
