Abstract
Op-Site skin closure [in humans] was compared with 2 standard techniques of wound closure, interrupted silk sutures and subcuticular nylon. The Op-Site skin closure allowed freer drainage of secretions from the wound and the incidence of erythema and tenderness was significantly lower. There was a greater tendency for the wound edges to slip out of alignment or invert. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
