Abstract
The rhodium complex (–RhCl(CO)2) coordinatively bonded to the phosphine group on polystyrene coated over silica gel is an efficient catalyst for hydroformylation of olefins at 100°C at 1 atm in vapor phase. The rate expression of propionaldehyde formation was R = k[H2][C2H4][CO]−0.5.Keywords
