Abstract
A tensor technique is described for dealing efficiently with the time-varying topology of a 3-phase SCR convertor during a digital computer solution. A significant feature of the technique is that once a basic analysis has been performed, the equations for any particular topology are automatically assembled by the program. Theoretical results are shown to be in close agreement with experimental measurements. Keywords
