Salmonella typhi osteomyelitis long after a fracture

Abstract
A case of S. typhi osteomyelitis in a patient with recurrent osteomyelitis of the right forearm of 30 yr duration is presented. There was no history of typhoid fever or other disease predilection. Histological features of the disease and antibiotic therapy are discussed.
