Abstract
Twenty-one cases of Arnold-Chiari malformation were documented from cases seen at the National Hospital, Queen Square, from 1950 to 1964. The plain film appearances and changes on myelography, lumbar air encephal-ography, air ventriculography and Myodil ventriculography were discussed. The advantages of myelography were demonstrated. It is pointed out that at myelography the supine position may be the only way to show the herniated cerebellar tonsils, and that overt plain X-ray changes are not invariable in these cases. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
