Cardiac involvement in the Cohen syndrome: A case report

Abstract
The Cohen syndrome is a rare genetic disorder consisting of obesity, mental retardation, limb abnormalities and characteristic craniofacial appearance. Of the 7 previously reported patients, none had any cardiovascular involvement. An affected Jewish female who has a floppy mitral valve in addition to the usual malformations is described.Keywords
