Abstract
A general discussion is given of the matrix element for the decays ; then, using the results of the vector-meson-dominance model to predict the electromagnetic transition radius, partial conservation of axial-vector current and current algebra to predict the transition rate, and the experimental value of the -violating parameter , we find the following branching ratios: , , and .
