Coupled-Channel Study of Proton Inelastic Scattering from the Second 0+ State in 12C by Use of the 3 Resonating-Group Wave Functions

Abstract
The differential cross section of proton inelastic scattering from the 02+(7.65 MeV) level in 12C at Ep=65 MeV is investigated together with those of the 21+(4.44 MeV) and 31-(9.64 MeV) level by means of the coupled-channel method with the use of the microscopic 3 α resonating-group wave functions. Calculations reproduce the experimental data fairly well.
