Abstract
An ab initio dipole moment function is used to predict line strengths for ν1, ν2, ν3, and 2ν2 bands of H2O and for the ν1 band of HDO. Except for lines in the ν1 band of H2O, ab initio and observed line intensities are in reasonable agreement. Keywords
