Abstract
Successful percutaneous removal of an intravascular foreign body requires precise localization of the object so that retrieval devices can be properly positioned. Here we report the successful search for and retrieval of a catheter embolus lost in the ascending aorta during PTCA whose localization was complicated because it was radiolucent.Keywords
