Abstract
The results of absolute-cross-section measurements for the production of mesons of 3, 4, and 5 GeV/c in proton-beryllium collisions at 12.5 GeV/c are reported. Measurements were made of and production at 15° to the incident proton direction, and of production at 12°. The production cross sections are about a factor of 2 larger than previously reported measurements.
