Abstract
A 3H-labeled 3α-hydroxy-Δ5 steroid, Δ5-pregnene-3α,16α,20α-triol, was isolated from the pooled glucuronidase-hydrolyzed extracts and 3H-labeled Δ5-pregnene-3β,16α,20αtriol from the pooled solvolyzed extracts of urine collected for a total of 24 days from 6 healthy young men, aged 22–30, 3 of whom had received a tracer dose of pregnenolone-7α-3H (3β-hydroxy-Δ5-pregnen-20-one) intravenously.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
