Abstract
A translocation of the Y to the X chromosome was found in a woman who had habitual abortion. Endocrinologic studies disclosed only an abnormal elevation of her prolactin and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels. Phenotypically, she has a rare form of dwarfism and abnormal dermatoglyphic patterns. This new chromosomal rearrangement in the human has several implications. Keywords
