Abstract
A technique is described for measuringultrasonic attenuation by determining the inflectional points of ultrasonic standing wave resonance lines. Results obtained by this technique are compared to those obtained by the pulse echo technique. A suggestion is given for automating the system to make simultaneous measurements of velocity and attenuationKeywords
