Abstract
The ternary phase diagram of the YO1.5-BaO-CuO system was proposed based on the in situ observation of the transformation structures and their reaction temperatures in the growth process of YBa2Cu3O7-y crystal from self-flux of various compositions. This phase diagram enables us to explain many phenomena in the growth process of YBa2Cu3O7-y single crystals, such as flux flow and concentration deviation. Keywords
